Despite this extremely limited diet\, they would return in sterling condition. \n\n\n\nWhile living with the native peoples\, Stefansson himself adopted a pemmican habit enjoying the same health-preserving results. European settlers quickly embraced the practice as well\, trading with the Native Americans to obtain this valuable\, lightweight\, and nutrient-dense food while learning to make it themselves. \n\n\n\nNeat! \n\n\n\nProperly made pemmican made with just meat and fat if stored properly lasts many years\, even decades. We’ll make some yummy and interesting varieties with nuts\, berries\, honey and herbs\, along with various proteins. \n\n\n\nEveryone takes home a few types of Pemmican\, plus the knowledge and recipes to make plenty more for family and friends!

DESCRIPTION:In New England\, the foraging bees are busy collecting nectar\, pollen\, and water. Back home\, the workers are evaporating the nectar into honey and storing it for the winter. \nThe queen is making babies as fast as she can\, and the nurse bees are feeding the babies pollen for protein and honey for energy. \nThe beekeeper’s job is to provide a comfortable place for all of these activities. In return\, the bees produce more than they need\, and rewards the beekeeper with boxes full of pure honey. \nOur job is to extract that honey from the honeycomb\, bottle it\, and enjoy the fruits of the bees’ labor. \nIn this class\, we’ll do just that. DESCRIPTION:In this full-day workshop\, you will be able to build your own AR-15-class rifle\, shoot it\, and take it home. There’s nothing like putting every piece in place to give you an appreciation of the construction of this machine\, while at the same time giving you a detailed knowledge of its construction and being able to fix any problem that might arise. \n\n\n\nThis is an all-day workshop\, led by a certified armorer. DESCRIPTION:Garnet School and Critical Dynamics are partnering for Practical Rifle Dynamics\, an all-day course to hone your rifle skills. \nJoin Daniel Richard and the NH Committee of Safety as they host this exciting and transformative training session providing in-depth training that teaches the must-have skills for effective and efficient defensive rifle or carbine use. \nThis full day program provides a comprehensive training curriculum for new shooters as well as those already familiar with the semi-automatic AR-styled rifle platform; introducing the essential fundamentals that will assist the student in developing a foundational level of technical and tactical proficiency with the AR-styled semi-automatic rifle. \nStudents are taken through a ‘essentials of firearms safety’ and handling refresher\, then transition into formal training on the nomenclature and features of the AR-styled defensive or tactical rifle/carbine\, in addition to basic marksmanship and foundational tactical-operational handling skills. \nFor more information and to register\, go here.
