MA LTC Firearms Safety Training Program

This robust program is designed to meet and exceed the minimum training required for eligibility for the Massachusetts License to Carry Class A or “LTC,” or the Massachusetts Firearms Identification Card (FID.)

This five-hour program will provide the student with:
- Massachusetts firearms law
- Massachusetts use of force laws
- Legalities of carrying a firearm in the Commonwealth;
- Storage & security requirements;
- Fundamentals of shooting, and
- Reality-based live fire drills
Following successful completion of the program, students will receive a certificate, along with all necessary forms, for applying for either the MA LTC or MA FID.
The class is here at the Garnet School classroom and gun range. The price is $99, which includes instruction and a certificate that can be used to get your Mass LTC.
