MA LTC Firearms Safety Training Program

This robust program is designed to meet and exceed the minimum training required for eligibility for the Massachusetts License to Carry Class A or “LTC,” or the Massachusetts Firearms Identification Card (FID.)

This five-hour program will provide the student with:

• Massachusetts firearms law
• Massachusetts use of force laws
• Legalities of carrying a firearm in the Commonwealth;
• Storage & security requirements;
• Fundamentals of shooting, and
• Reality-based live fire drills

Following successful completion of the program, students will receive a certificate, along with all necessary forms, for applying for either the MA LTC or MA FID.
